本文介绍了两级三环减速器的结构和工作原理以及油膜浮动均载原理 ,依据振动理论 ,建立了三环减速器环板的振动微分方程 ,导出了工作过程中的位移响应 ,分析了油膜浮动减振机理 ,给出了两级三环减速器油膜浮动的实验结果 ,为改善三环减速器的工作性能提供了有效手段 In this paper, the structure and working principle of two-stage three-ring reducer and the principle of floating uniform load of oil film are introduced. According to the vibration theory, the differential equations of vibration of the ring gear of the three-ring reducer are established and the displacement responses during the working process are derived. The mechanism of floating vibration reduction is given, and the experimental results of two-stage three-ring reducer oil film floating are given, which provides an effective means to improve the working performance of three-ring reducer
