目的测定不同胁迫条件下川芎根中阿魏酸的含量。方法 HPLC法,依利特Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相0.1%的磷酸-甲醇(66:34)等度洗脱,流速1m L/min,检测波长为323nm,柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸进样量在0.3~2.0μg时线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为2.1%。对不同胁迫条件下川芎根中阿魏酸的含量测定结果表明,川芎盐胁迫组中的阿魏酸含量最高,干旱胁迫组次之,低温胁迫组最少,但均高于空白组。结论盐、干旱、低温三种胁迫方式均能使川芎根中阿魏酸蓄积。
Objective To determine the content of ferulic acid in Chuanxiong root under different stress conditions. Methods The HPLC method was eluted with isocratic Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) and mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid-methanol (66:34) at a flow rate of 1 mL / . Results There was a good linear relationship between the amount of ferulic acid and 0.3 ~ 2.0μg r = 0.9995, the average recovery was 98.3% and the RSD was 2.1%. The content of ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong root under different stress conditions showed that the content of ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong salt was the highest, followed by the drought stress was the lowest, but the content of ferulic acid was the lowest, but both were higher than the blank group. Conclusion Salt, drought and low temperature can make ferulic acid accumulate in Chuanxiong root.
