4月成交突飞猛进与去年10月持平据杭州市透明售房网统计,4月份(截止4月29日21:00)共成交商品房2876套(不含余杭、萧山),比3月份1472套增加了1404套, 几乎增长了一倍。预定量则为2186套.平均日预定量75套,也比3月有明显增加,见(表一)。如果加上4月30日预计有相当数量的成交量 (4月29日21:00显示当日预定量达255套),那么.4月成交总数与去年10月份房博会成交总数相当。这是今年以来,月成交量首次突破
