本文报告运用实验性血流模型探讨彩色多普勒能量显像(CDE)的特征。CDE可显示内径0.7mm管道内0.8cm/s的低速血流,而彩色多普勒血流图(CDI)能检测的最低流速为1.5cm/s。在声束夹角从33°~52°的变化范围内CDE的敏感性基本不受影响。而在CDI必须将血流速度提高约4倍才能达到同一显示水平。当声束夹角达到90°时,CDE的敏感性明显下降,只能在高速血流下(83.4cm/s)检测到信号。血液中红细胞数减少时CDE的显像能力降低,对角度的依赖性增加,与CDI已无明显差异。本研究对临床应用CDE提供了有一定参考价值的资料
This article reports the use of experimental blood flow models to explore the characteristics of color Doppler energy imaging (CDE). The CDE shows a 0.8 cm / s low-velocity blood flow in a 0.7 mm ID 0.7-cm tube, while the CDI can detect a minimum flow rate of 1.5 cm / s. The sensitivity of CDE in the range of 33 ° ~ 52 ° is basically unaffected. In the CDI, blood flow must be increased by about 4 times in order to achieve the same display level.
