目前我国中小型型钢车间所生产的型钢(如角钢、槽钢和工字钢等),通常都是经过矫直后,被送到收集槽内,再经人工排列成束,打捆后吊车运走。因此工人劳动强度大,生产率低,包装质量差,而且在运输过程中经常发生松捆和散捆现象,以致产生扭曲变形,影响了产品使用率。据有关方面统计资料表明,由于捆扎质量差,不仅造成经济损失,而且影响我国产品在世界市场上的信誉和竞争能力。因此改善包装质量就显得更为迫切和重要了。
