目的:建立临床药师培训基地学员考核的准入方式,为优选临床药师培训学员提供参考。方法:从考核方式、考核内容、考核流程等方面介绍我基地临床药师学员的选拔方法。结果与结论:我基地临床药师学员的选拔,首先由院临床药师培训工作领导小组讨论确定考核方式,接着确定包括理论考核和面试考核在内的考核内容,然后制定包括筛选报名信息、核准报名信息、组织学员考核、汇总考核成绩、下发录取通知等在内的考核流程。通过这种规范化的、利用客观笔试结合主观面试的集中考试方式,能够较为详细、真实地了解学员的药学理论基础、临床知识储备、学习动机、综合能力等,也能体现学员之间的差距,做到择优录取;这是规范化培训的表现之一,在一定程度上可促进学员学习的积极性,是优选临床药师培训学员的较为有效的准入方式。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a way of admitting students in clinical pharmacist training base and to provide reference for selecting preferred clinical pharmacist trainees. Methods: From the assessment methods, assessment content, assessment process and other aspects of my base clinical pharmacist students selection method. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The selection of clinical pharmacists in our base was first discussed by the leading group of clinical pharmacists in hospital, and then the examination contents including theoretical examination and interview examination were determined. Then the examination contents including screening application information and approving application information , Organize student assessment, summarize the examination results, issued a notice of admission, etc., the assessment process. Through such a standardized centralized examination mode that uses objective written examination combined with subjective interviewing, it is possible to understand the theoretical foundation, clinical knowledge reserve, motivation, and comprehensive ability of students in a more detailed and realistic way, and also to reflect the gap between students, So that it can be admitted selectively. This is one of the manifestations of standardized training. To a certain extent, it can promote the enthusiasm of students to learn and is a more effective way to admit clinical pharmacist trainers.
