利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D,对30Cr1Mo1V钢大型轴类锻件加热过程中温度场的变化规律进行了分析,研究了不同尺寸、形状等因素对热透时间的影响,建立了热透时间的数学模型,为制定锻前加热规范提供了理论依据。
The finite element software DEFORM-3D was used to analyze the variation of temperature field in the heating process of 30Cr1Mo1V steel large shaft forgings. The effects of different sizes and shapes on the heat-penetration time were studied, and the mathematical model of heat-penetration time , Which provides a theoretical basis for making pre-forging heating specification.
