根据制动器的组成和零件的连接方式 ,将制动器进行结构离散 ,根据零件的结构特点和功能 ,对某一零件的不同形式进行抽象 ,形成该零件的一种或多种特征图元 ,对图元几何参数赋予不同的值 ,即生成该零件的不同形式。现从制动器参数化设计系统的需求分析出发 ,分别对系统的功能、设计环境、组织形式、输入 /输出数据以及程序流程进行分析 ,最后通过应用举例对系统性能进行验证。
According to the composition of the brakes and the connection of the parts, the brakes are discretized. According to the structural features and functions of the parts, different forms of a part are abstracted to form one or more characteristic primitives of the part. Meta-geometry parameters give different values, that is, different forms of generating the part. Starting from the demand analysis of brake parameterized design system, the functions, design environment, organization form, input / output data and program flow of the system are respectively analyzed. Finally, the performance of the system is verified through application examples.
