烹饪作为一门实践操作性极强的专业课,面对新时代的挑战,应走出传统教学的框框,与时俱进,大胆运用以培养能力为核心的项目教学法。因此,在烹饪教学中用创新理念推行项目教学法,培养学生的创新能力,是提高学生综合素质与职业技能的有效途径。
As a specialized course with practical operability, cooking should face the challenges of the new era and should step out of the traditional teaching and keep pace with the times. It should boldly use the project pedagogy with its core competence cultivation. Therefore, using innovative ideas in cooking teaching to promote the project teaching method and cultivate students ’innovative ability is an effective way to improve students’ comprehensive quality and professional skills.
