Zhang Mingqi’s solid life footprints left us with long thoughts and provided the true meaning of life for every cadre and party cadre in the party. Zhang Mingqi was a former deputy secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Communist Youth League before his death. He is not only a comrade proud of our Communist Youth League cadres, but also an example that everyone should study hard.
