目的:观察咽舒宁颗粒的祛痰、镇痛、抑菌等药效。方法:将小鼠随机分为对照、阳性药和咽舒宁颗粒高、中、低剂量组(11.00,5.50,2.75 g·kg-1),ig 7 d,采用小鼠气管酚红排泌实验观察其祛痰作用,小鼠热板实验和醋酸扭体实验观察其镇痛作用,采用体外抗菌实验观察其对相关细菌的抑菌作用。结果:咽舒宁颗粒可增加小鼠离体气管酚红排泌量(P<0.05或P<0.01);提高热板所致小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05);对抗醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);对金黄色葡萄球菌[最小抑菌浓度(MIC)0.250 g·mL-1,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)0.500 g·mL-1]、甲型溶血性链球菌(MIC 0.062 g·mL-1,MBC0.250 g·mL-1)、乙型溶血性链球菌(MIC 0.031 g·mL-1,MBC 0.062 g·mL-1)、变形杆菌(MIC 0.125 g·mL-1,MBC 0.250 g·mL-1)、肺炎链球菌(MIC 0.125 g·mL-1,MBC 0.500 g·mL-1)有较强的体外抑菌作用。结论:咽舒宁颗粒具有明显的祛痰、镇痛和抑菌作用。
Objective: To observe the expectorant, analgesic, antibacterial and other pharmacological effects of Yanshuning granule. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into control, positive control group and high, medium and low dose of YSH tablets (11.00,5.50,2.75 g · kg-1), ig 7 d, The expectorant effect was observed. The hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test were used to observe the analgesic effect. The antimicrobial activity against the related bacteria was observed by in vitro antibacterial experiment. Results: YSK could increase the excretion of phenol red in vitro (P <0.05 or P <0.01), increase the pain threshold (P <0.05) in mice induced by hot plate, (P <0.05 or P <0.01); Staphylococcus aureus [minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) 0.250 g · mL-1 and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) 0.500 g · mL- Hemolytic streptococcus (MIC 0.062 g · mL -1, MBC 0.250 g · mL -1), hemolytic streptococcus B (MIC 0.031 g · mL -1, MBC 0.062 g · mL -1) MIC 0.125 g · mL-1, MBC 0.250 g · mL-1), Streptococcus pneumoniae (MIC 0.125 g · mL-1, MBC 0.500 g · mL-1) had stronger antibacterial activity in vitro. Conclusion: YSH has obvious expectorant, analgesic and bacteriostatic effects.
