在本文中我们审视了领导者 -成员交换理论 ,并对以往研究中的社会性交换、经济性交换以及有关管理者等较含混的概念提出明确的界定。我们提出了一个新的理论模型用于描述管理者和下属之间互相交换的人际关系。以往的研究认为 ,在高质量的领导者 -成员交换和组织绩效之间存在正相关的关系。但我们通过模型 ,指出这种关系可能是负的 ,从而对这一观点提出挑战。基于该模型 ,我们提出了自己的研究结论 ,以推动更深层次的研究。
In this paper, we examine the leader-member exchange theory and give a clear definition of the more vague concepts of social exchange, economic exchange and managers in the previous studies. We propose a new theoretical model for describing the interpersonal relationships that managers and subordinates exchange with each other. Past research suggests there is a positive correlation between high-quality leader-member exchange and organizational performance. However, through our model, we point out that this relationship may be negative, challenging this view. Based on this model, we present our own findings to promote deeper research.
