针对来源广泛、价格低廉的08Al钢,替代铜、覆铜冲挤拉伸雷管管壳存在的掉底、裂纹、成品率低等缺陷,通过七连冲床的5次冲挤拉伸实验,从工艺、热处理、润滑、参数等方面着手研究。研究结果表明:固体、液相复合润滑能显著提高金属08Al延展性;采用08Al钢板涂机油、冲盂、木粉滚光、退火、磷化、皂化、冲挤等工序,提高了管壳的强度;降低退火温度、缩短保温时间等工艺避免氧化脱碳;优化的冲挤拉伸和模角参数不仅便于管壳成型且提高了模具寿命。该冲挤拉伸工艺,提高了管壳的成品率,成形的产品满足GB8031-2005要求,实现了材料的彻底替代,有效地降低了生产成本。

The extrusion drawing process improves the yield of the tube shell, the shaped product meets the requirements of GB8031-2005, realizes the thorough replacement of the material and effectively reduces the production cost.
