QUY80A液压履带起重机是抚顺挖掘机制造有限责任公司最新开发研制的新一代液压履带起重机。在2004年11月16日上海国际工程机械展览会上受到国内外用户好评。它打破传统的履带起重机结构布局,采用别具一格的整机造型、新颖流畅的外观设计、环保型的电控柴油机、操纵舒适的控制系统、先进的液压系统。整体技术国内领先,达到国际2000年先进水平。1主要技术参数2特点和优势2.1起重性能大幅提高主副卷第一层拉力最大13t第4层10t。2.2工作速度大幅提高主副卷提升速度0～116m/min。2.3整机采用国际化配套柴油机主泵、马达、主阀、减速机、起重臂主弦杆材糊进口保证了主机的先进性和可靠性。2.4机罩采用半封闭形式,左面为封闭机罩,右边为全覆盖式走台,设计新颖,便于维修。(已报专利)2.5司机室采用大玻璃大弧度。造型美观、视野开阔。(已报专利)2.6该机装有卷扬监视器。在A型架上装有2台摄像头,在司机室通过彩色显示屏,司机在工作时可随时观察卷扬工作状态,钢丝绳是否松动、乱绳等,保证安全操作。2.7在司机室装有大屏幕力矩限制器(8.4寸)动态画面,数字清晰。全面控制起重机安全操作。有以下几种功能:
