国内不少文献报导,人体内各种恶性肿瘤可在舌象有所反映。为了摸索鼻咽癌初诊病人的舌象表现以及放射治疗前后的舌象改变,我们于1982年5月中旬到1982年7月中旬,对门诊未经治疗的初诊鼻咽癌病人112例以及其中部分进行放射治疗的病人进行观察。全部病例都有鼻咽活检病理报告证实。现将结果初步报告如下。一、一般资料性别:男72例,女40例。年龄19岁以下1例,20～29岁3例,30～39岁24例,40～49岁:45例,50～59岁34例,60～69岁13例,70岁以上2例;年龄最小17岁,最大75岁,30～5.9岁共93例占83％,平均年龄46岁。病程:<3月50例,4～6月30例,7～9月5例,10～12月19例,超过1年8例,病史最短10天,最长1例为颈肿块10年,半年内占71％,平均病程7.5月。
Many domestic reports have reported that various malignant tumors in the human body can be reflected in tongue images. In order to explore the tongue image of newly diagnosed patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and changes in tongue image before and after radiotherapy, we had 112 untreated patients with newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma in mid-May 1982 to mid-July 1982 and part of them. Patients undergoing radiation therapy are observed. All cases were confirmed by pathological reports of nasopharyngeal biopsy. The results of the preliminary report are as follows. I. General Information Gender: 72 males and 40 females. Age 1 to 19 years old, 20 to 29 years old, 3 cases, 30 to 39 years old, 24 cases, 40 to 49 years old, 45 cases, 50 to 59 years old, 34 cases, 60 to 69 years old, 13 cases, 70 years old and 2 cases; The youngest is 17 years old, and the oldest is 75 years old. Between the ages of 30 and 5.9, 93 cases account for 83% of the total, and the average age is 46 years old. Course of disease: <50 in March, 30 in April to June, 5 in July to September, 19 in October to December, 8 in more than one year, and the shortest history was 10 days. The longest case was a neck mass of 10 years. 71% within six months, with an average duration of 7.5 months.
