提出一种基于ATmega64单片机为控制电路的全方位智能温度监测仪机械设计方案,并给出主要结构框图和主要控制电路。该监测仪可以监测电气设备的运行温度,同时在线监测所有带电部位的运行温度,避免已有的监测方式只能对人为认定的薄弱点进行监测的不足。通过控制系统和动作执行机构,控制红外测温传感器对电气设备内空间进行扫描式监测,实现全局的温度监测。该温度检测仪在环网柜温度监测中应用,取得良好的效果,满足设计的要求。
This paper presents a mechanical design scheme based on ATmega64 microcontroller as a full range intelligent temperature monitor for control circuit. The main structural block diagram and main control circuit are given. The monitor can monitor the operating temperature of electrical equipment, while online monitoring of all charged parts of the operating temperature, to avoid the existing monitoring methods can only be identified as weak points of human monitoring deficiencies. Through the control system and the actuator, the infrared temperature sensor is controlled to scan the space in the electrical equipment to realize the global temperature monitoring. The temperature detector in the RMU temperature monitoring applications, and achieved good results, to meet the design requirements.
