人的一生有三分之一的时间是在睡眠中度过的,如果以平均寿命70岁为基准核算,我们每个人就有将近23年的生命是在睡眠中度过。睡眠质量会直接影响到人的生存质量和生活质量。据中华医学会精神病学分会公布的最近一期全球睡眠中国区调查结果显示:中国存在失眠人群高达42.5%。中年人群是一个生活和工作压力较大的人群,随着生活节奏的加快,越来越多的中年人正遭受着睡眠障碍的困扰。
One-third of a man’s life is spent in sleep, and with an average life expectancy of 70 years, each of us has nearly 23 years of life spent in sleep. Sleep quality will directly affect the quality of life and quality of life. According to the Chinese Medical Association psychiatric branch released a recent survey of global sleep in China showed that: China has insomnia as high as 42.5% of the population.
