在素质教育理念下,要求教学活动要面向整体学生,关注他们的个体差异和个性特点,这也是当前小学数学教学的重点课题。为了实现这一教育目标,不少小学数学教师都在利用分层教学法,并尝试借助小组合作开展分层教学,且取得了不错的教学成效。鉴于此,本文以如何借助小组合作开展小学数学分层教学为探讨对象,并列举出一些科学的对策。
Under the concept of quality education, teaching activities are required to face the overall students, pay attention to their individual differences and personality characteristics, which is also the current primary school mathematics teaching key topics. In order to achieve this educational goal, many primary school mathematics teachers are using the method of teaching in different levels and trying to carry out the teaching in different levels by means of group cooperation, and achieved good teaching results. In view of this, this article explores how to use the group cooperation to carry out the elementary mathematics stratification teaching, and lists some scientific countermeasures.
