水准测量在联测水准路线时,细则规定必须叠测一个或几个锁部,其限差按照水利部精密水准测量细则之规定,不得超过K~1/4/2~1/2公匣(K为锁部长度,以公里为单位)。现在发现它与1955年的苏联一、二、三、四等水准测量细则规定不同,因此,我想从理论上来说明苏联一二三四等水准测量细则的限差公式。我们把叠测的锁部,作为一个闭合的水准网来看,如图:
