针对邢钢SWRH82B大方坯连铸生产过程中存在的铸坯中心偏析、中心疏松和中心缩孔等内部质量问题,文章系统地研究了动态轻压下工艺技术,并成功制定了适合于邢钢5号连铸机的轻压下工艺制度及工艺参数。生产实践表明,采用动态轻压下技术能够很好地改善SWRH82B的铸坯内部质量,铸坯中心疏松评级≤1.5级的比例由52.78%增至90.91%;中心缩孔评级≤1.5级的比例由66.67%增至96.36%;铸坯中心碳偏析指数最大值由1.309降至1.086。
Aiming at the internal quality problems of slab center segregation, center loosening and shrinkage shrinkage during the continuous casting process of Xinglong Steel SWRH82B bloom, the article systematically studied the technology of dynamic soft reduction, No. Caster soft reduction process system and process parameters.
