高职教育伴随着经济发展而出现的高等教育类型,与生俱来地带有一定的工具性和功利价值。在功利价值思想引导下,高职人文教育普遍存在着边缘化、缺乏系统性等问题。高职人文教育的目标,是将人文精神和价值理性作为最终培养目标,强调内在品质修养和外在精神气质的统一。人文课程的设置应当将人文课程与专业课程相融合,显性课程与隐性课程相结合,寓人文教育于知识传授之中,使学生获得必要的人文知识教育和熏陶。
The type of higher education that accompanies economic development in higher vocational education is inherently instrumental and utilitarian. Guided by the utilitarian value thought, humanistic education in higher education generally has the problems of marginalization and lack of systematicness. The goal of humanistic education in higher vocational education is to take humanistic spirit and value rationality as the ultimate training objectives and emphasize the unification of inner quality cultivation and external spiritual temperament. The setting of humane curriculum should combine the humane curriculum with the professional curriculum, the combination of the explicit curriculum and the tacit curriculum, the integration of the humane education into the imparting of knowledge, so that the students can get the education and influence of the necessary humane knowledge.
