葡萄科植物乌蔹莓Cayratia japonica(Thunb.)Gagmp.又称五爪龙、五叶莓、细母猪藤等。我国华东、中南至西南各地均有野生。我们将乌蔹莓全草提取制成注射剂(每毫升相当原生药2克),临床用于治疗感冒、流行性感冒及小儿病毒性上呼吸道感染,收得了比较满意的疗效。空军上海第一医院在157例临床报告中治愈率为84.7%。为此我们对该药进行了药理研究。报道如下。一、乌蔹莓注射液在鸡胚内对流感病毒的抑制作用1.实验材料:乌蔹莓注射液(由制剂室供给);孵育9～10天鸡胚;流感病毒:A_3/沪防77—56—E_2、京科68—1株,1%白洛克鸡红血球。
The grape family, Cayratia japonica (Thunb.) Gagmp, is also known as five-claw dragon, five-leaf raspberry, and fine sow rattan. There are wild species in East China, South Central and Southwest China. We will be extracted from whole black wolfberry fruit into injections (2 grams per millilitre of equivalent crude drug), clinically used to treat colds, influenza and viral upper respiratory tract infections in children, and achieved relatively satisfactory results. The Air Force Shanghai First Hospital had a cure rate of 84.7% in 157 clinical reports. For this purpose we conducted pharmacological studies on this drug. The report is as follows. I. Inhibitory Effect of Ukrainian Blackberry Injecta on Influenza Virus in Chicken Embryo 1. Experimental material: Chinese blackberry extract (provided by the preparation room); Incubation for 9 to 10 days; Chicken embryos; Influenza virus: A_3/Shanghai Fang 77 -56-E-2, Jingke 68-1, 1% White Rock chicken erythrocytes.
