在连续铸轧过程中 ,温度分布是影响金属塑性变形的主要因素。轧制变形区温度变化较大 ,平均温度梯度达 2 0 0℃ /cm以上。为了考察这种强变温条件对塑性变形的影响 ,将轧制区温度场简化成线性分布模型 ,并在塑性变形基本方程中引入变温参数 ,导出了塑性变形与温度分布强耦合条件下的接触压力计算模型。实例计算结果与实测值较吻合
