该研究针对中药生物药剂学分类系统(biopharmaceutics classification system of Chinese materia medica,CMMBCS)中的溶解度问题,实验考察人工制造的多成分环境对溶解度的影响,并利用所获数据进行数学建模总结相关规律。实验采用递进式设计,分别研究了单一成分背景(黄芩苷、小檗碱和甘草酸)、两成分背景(黄芩苷+甘草酸、黄芩苷+小檗碱和甘草酸+小檗碱)和三成分背景(黄芩苷+甘草酸+小檗碱)对葛根素溶解度影响的变化趋势,从而建立多成分环境对葛根素溶解度影响的数学回归模型方程。
The aim of this study was to investigate the solubility of biopharmaceutics classification system of Chinese materia medica (CMMBCS). The effect of artificial multi-component environment on solubility was investigated experimentally and the relevant data . The experimental design was carried out in a progressive manner. The single component background (baicalin, berberine and glycyrrhizic acid), the two component background (baicalin + glycyrrhizic acid, baicalin + berberine and glycyrrhizinate + berberine) Three-component background (baicalin + glycyrrhizin + berberine) on the solubility of puerarin trends, thus establishing a multi-component environment on the solubility of puerarin mathematical regression model equation.
