信息技术作为当代最为先进的生产力,其可有效促使企业内部信息流动性提升,并带来整个企业管理水平的有效提升。人力资源管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分,其可为现代企业发展提供充足动力。为此,文章结合笔者多年从事该领域研究经验与对相关文献阅读,针对信息技术对人力资源管理模式的影响展开简要分析,并提出有利于把握时代契机改善现有人力资源管理模式的措施。
As the most advanced productivity in the contemporary era, information technology can effectively promote the liquidity of internal information in enterprises and bring about an effective promotion of the management of the entire enterprise. As an important part of business management, human resources management can provide sufficient motivation for the development of modern enterprises. Therefore, this article combines the author’s years of research experience in the field and the reading of relevant literature, analyzes briefly the impact of information technology on human resources management mode, and puts forward some measures conducive to seizing the opportunity of the times to improve the existing human resources management mode.
