随着科学技术的日益发展,对具有特殊综合性能的高合金超高强度不锈钢的应用日益广泛。我厂50ml乳剂计量泵中的主要零件,采用了OCr15Ni7Mo2Al钢制造,取得了初步成效。1.钢的成分及性能OCr15Ni7Mo2Al钢的化学成分如表1。工业上常用的18-8奥氏体不锈钢,虽具有良好的焊接性和压力加工性,但由于奥氏体十分稳定,只有在经过冷变形之后才稍能提高强度,只限用于形状比较简单的零件。而马氏体铬不锈钢又必须经过1000℃以上的热处理才能提高强度,因而零件易氧化和变形。沉淀硬化型不锈钢可避免上述缺点。
