目的:建立树脂法富集的菟丝子总黄酮中树脂残留物的检测方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,对苯、甲苯、二乙烯基苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯、正庚烷进行检测。结果:本方法线性关系良好,r为0.9997~0.9999,精密度RSD均小于5%,平均回收率为97.5%~101.1%。结论:本方法便于操作,分离度高,重现性好,结果可靠,可作为树脂法富集的菟丝子总黄酮中树脂残留物的检测方法。
Objective: To establish a resin-enriched method for the determination of resin residues in total flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis. Methods: Headspace gas chromatography was used to detect benzene, toluene, divinylbenzene, o-xylene, styrene and n-heptane. RESULTS: The linearity of the method was good, r was 0.9997-0.9999, RSD was less than 5%, and the average recovery was 97.5%-101.1%. Conclusion: This method is easy to operate, with high resolution, good reproducibility and reliable results. It can be used as a method for the determination of resin residues in total flavonoids from Cuscuta chinensis collected by resin method.
