该文采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定土壤中铜的含量。土壤样品选用了硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸-盐酸体系消解方法,原子吸收光谱仪在324.7 nm波长处测出吸光度值Y,Y与Cu浓度关系的回归方程Y=0.0121X+0.0012,相关系数R=0.9996。相对标准偏差RSD为3.3%(n=10),测定标准样品的回收率为91%~101%。该方法背景干扰小,灵敏度高,精密度高,准确性好,线性范围宽,可广泛应用于土壤中铜含量测定。
In this paper, flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was used to determine the copper content in soil. The soil sample was treated with nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-hydrochloric acid system. The regression equation of absorbance Y, Y and Cu concentration measured by atomic absorption spectrometer at 324.7 nm was Y = 0.0121X + 0.0012, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.9996. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.3% (n = 10). The recovery of standard samples was 91% ~ 101%. The method has the advantages of small background interference, high sensitivity, high precision, good accuracy and wide linear range, and can be widely applied to the determination of copper content in soil.
