近期,有关食品安全的问题正处在风口浪尖,“陈化粮”、“红心鸭蛋”等不断被媒体曝光并受到查处。前不久又曝出华龙公司有关人士承认“回机结块面粉专供华龙方便面”,虽然华龙公司相关人士对回机面粉是否变质等问题不置可否,但粮食储藏方面的专家指出,结块、发黄面粉“回机”后不能吃。国家粮食总局标准质量中心人士也表示,符合卫生标准是食品安全的最基本问题。尽管部分变质的产品与大量合格的产品混合加工后,最后检测结果各种数值却在国家标准范围之内的情况是有可能存在的,对于面粉回机一事,该人士仍表示,这属于企业商业诚信问题,按照国际标准衡量,这完全属于“不良行为”。
