目的探讨脐、婴儿血脂联素与婴儿生长发育之间的关系。方法应用ELISA测定52例配对脐血与42d婴儿指血脂联素水平,记录母亲产分娩时体重指数(BMI)、母孕期增重、婴儿出生体重、身长,分析血脂联素水平与婴儿增重、增长、BMI的关系。结果脐血、42d婴儿指血脂联素含量丰富,前者明显大于后者;脐血脂联素水平与婴儿出生体重及BMI未见相关关系;42d婴儿指血脂联素水平与42d婴儿的增重、体重、BMI呈显著的负相关关系;当婴儿出生体重在3.8kg以下时,脐血脂联素水平有随体重增长而增加的趋势,而当出生体重在3.8kg以上时,则有相反的结果。结论脐血脂联素对胎儿期生长发育过程的影响可能存在双向调节作用,42d脂联素水平与42d婴儿的体重增加及BMI呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between navel, infant blood adiponectin and infant growth and development. Methods The levels of blood adiponectin in 52 paired umbilical cord blood and 42 d infants were detected by ELISA. Body mass index (BMI), weight gain during pregnancy, birth weight and length of infants were recorded. The levels of blood adiponectin, Growth, BMI relationship. Results The umbilical blood and 42d infants had abundant adiponectin, the former was significantly higher than the latter. The level of adiponectin in cord blood did not correlate with birth weight and BMI. The mean blood adiponectin level in 42d infants was significantly higher than that in 42d infants , And BMI showed a significant negative correlation. When the birth weight of infants was less than 3.8kg, the level of adiponectin in cord blood tended to increase with body weight gain, while when the birth weight was above 3.8kg, the opposite result was found. Conclusion The effects of cord blood adiponectin on the growth and development of fetus may have two-way regulation. The level of adiponectin in 42 d is negatively correlated with the weight gain and BMI of 42 d infants.
