今年已经年过五旬的邱国奇师傅,现在是洲际酒店管理集团西南区的行政总厨。他从1965年开始进入餐饮行业。入行至今,他一直从事餐饮厨政管理工作,拥有丰富的管理经验,新加坡太子酒店、印尼的皇朝酒店、武汉江安假日酒店等,都留有他的足迹,这让他在餐饮界有很高的声望。而邱师傅所在的洲际酒店集团,是目前全球最大的专业酒店管理集团,并且拥有洲际、皇冠假日、假日酒店等多个国际知名的酒店品牌。
