针对现有航天器磁试验测控手段自动化程度低、操作复杂的问题,基于LabVIEW软件以及磁试验流程和现有设备,研制了新的磁试验测控系统,并进行了测控系统的软件设计。该系统实现了对测控电源、磁强计探头的灵活自动配置和控制,对线圈磁场的一键式远程控制,磁场波动的实时监测,磁场数据的并行采集和处理。试验验证结果表明,该测控系统具有测量与控制精度高、运行稳定可靠、自动化程度高、操作简便等特点。
Aiming at the problems of low automation and complex operation of the existing spacecraft magnetic test and control instruments, a new magnetic test and control system was developed based on LabVIEW software and the magnetic test flow and existing equipment. The software design of the test and control system was also carried out. The system realizes the flexible automatic configuration and control of the measurement and control power supply and the magnetometer probe, the one-button remote control of the coil magnetic field, the real-time monitoring of the magnetic field fluctuation and the parallel acquisition and processing of the magnetic field data. The experimental verification results show that the measurement and control system has the advantages of high accuracy of measurement and control, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, easy operation and so on.
