教学班是办学的最基本单元,教学班的设置和开办成功与否,直接关系到农广校的教学成效。为此,农广校应把教学班的开办当作办学关键环节,认真研究论证,科学组织开设,力争把教学班办到农民最需要的地方去。尽量把教学班建在村里。这些开在村里的教学班,与当地产业紧密联系,与基层农村干部之间的互动更加流畅,与农民群众之间的交流更加深刻,因而影响和实效也更加明显。除此之外,还应通过印发资料、现场咨询等方式培训农民。
