自上个世纪末,英国、美国和日本等国家,为使创意产业具有更强大的人才队伍,都把创意人才培养作为国家人才战略的主要内容。然而我国的创意产业虽然发展迅速,但起步较晚,再加上受传统教育体制与理念的制约,与发达国家的距离仍然较大。因而,我们应通过分析国外创意人才培养理念的来龙去脉和个中优劣,结合我国实际国情,根据我国创意产业的基础特征,全面解析和掌握正确的创意人才培养理念,同时使中外创意人才培养理念在圆融中促进我国创意产业人才队伍的壮大。
