目前我国钢筋混凝土烟囱多采用无井架液压双滑法施工。它具有机械化程度高、劳动强度低、施工安全等优点。由于有些施工单位没有液压设备,仍沿用竖井架提模施工法。此法耗用钢材多,搭拆竖井架工期长,很不经济。我公司在娘子关电厂150米钢筋混凝土烟囱施工中,采用了无井架无脚手施工新方法,即用附着式起重装置代替竖井架,用悬挂式三角架及定型架板代替操作台,操作简单,经济安全。现简介如下。
At present, most of the reinforced concrete chimneys in China are constructed using the double-sliding method without hydraulic frame. It has the advantages of high degree of mechanization, low labor intensity, and construction safety. As some construction units do not have hydraulic equipment, they still use the vertical mast lift mode construction method. This method consumes more steel and it takes a long time to erect and remove the shaft frame, which is uneconomical. In the 150-meter reinforced concrete chimney construction of Niangziguan Power Plant, our company adopted a new method without derrick frameless construction, that is, replacing the vertical mast with an attachment lifting device, replacing the operation platform with a hanging type tripod and a fixed frame plate, and operating Simple, economical and safe.
