心理契约的建立和维护是传统管理方式的有益补充,能够启发管理双方的“自觉”;增强管理双方的“引力”;实现管理双方的共赢。要想发挥心理契约在学员管理中的作用,必须确定客观的相互期望;建立高效的沟通机制;构建完善的激励体制和营造人本的管理文化。
The establishment and maintenance of the psychological contract is a useful complement to the traditional management methods, which can inspire the management of both “conscientiousness”; enhance the “gravitation” of both parties; and achieve a win-win situation for both parties. In order to play the role of psychological contract in the management of trainees, we must determine the objective mutual expectation, establish an efficient communication mechanism, construct a perfect incentive system and create a human-oriented management culture.
