企业文化是现代企业制度和管理视野下,企业谋求品牌塑造和核心竞争力的灵魂,是维系人才、更新理念、强化经营决策的精神力量。在商业竞争激烈角逐的现代商品社会,对企业文化的重视程度几乎成为各企业攻坚和竞争的焦点。本文以特色作为企业文化较为醒目的切入点出发,进行一些思考。
Corporate culture is the soul of seeking corporate brand building and core competitiveness under the modern enterprise system and management perspective. It is the spiritual strength to maintain qualified personnel, update concepts and strengthen business decisions. In the modern commodity society where competition in commerce is fierce, the emphasis on corporate culture has become the focus of all enterprises’ storming and competition. This article takes the characteristics as a starting point for the enterprise culture more striking starting point for some thinking.
