试验研究了不同种质基础材料和秋水仙素不同处理浓度对玉米单倍体加倍率的影响。结果表明:秋水仙素质量浓度为0.7 mg/m L浸芽8 h处理玉米单倍体的加倍效果最好,加倍率高达14.2%;秋水仙素质量浓度为0.8 mg/m L浸芽8 h处理的单倍体加倍率次之(11.9%)。PH4CV×D12(26.0%)、PHB1M×D12(25.6%)、PHGJ4×D18(23.1%)和PH6WC×D18(21.1%)的单倍体加倍率显著高于PHB1M×PH4CV(13.3%)和PH6WC×PHGJ4(8.2%),用DH系组配基础材料选系,可显著提高玉米杂交组合单倍体加倍率。
The effects of different germplasm base materials and colchicine concentrations on the doubling rate of maize haploid were studied. The results showed that when the concentration of colchicine was 0.7 mg / m L, the maize haploid doubling effect was the best, with the doubling rate as high as 14.2% and the colchicine concentration of 0.8 mg / m L for 8 h Treated haploid doubled (11.9%).
