Mass war lootings were transported from the dusty Indian battlefield to a gloomy castle on the Welsh border, which is Powys Castle in Gwent, England, surrounded by typical English gardens. The newly opened Cleveuar Museum is known as the largest collection of Indian culture outside of London. There are three sources for the collection of the Clayu squatter’s museum: one was the collection of Rohte-Chryuvre in 1744-1767; the other was Lord Clive Wu’s couple during his tenure as Madras Governor The two collections of Indian artifacts, while the museum’s most important source of collectibles, are many of the priceless treasures that have been plucked from the Tipu Sultan Palace after the Senegal-Bashdan Battle of 1799.
