形成性评价(formative assessment)能够反馈教学信息,了解学生的学习效果,帮助教师改进教学,提高教学质量。因此,形成性评价的内容不是学生最后成绩,而是更重视学生进步情况及学生学习能力培养。通过学生授课、任务引导式教学方法、情景模拟教学法、PBL教学法等多种教学方式,让学生参加进来,以改变过去的单一终结性评价,以学生为中心,提高学生的能动性和学习积极性,改变课堂学习氛围,提高学生探索性学习能力,提高用药护理学习的临床实用性,为探索更为合理的课程形成性评价体系打下基础。
