1.前言活塞顶部及裙部侧面的形状,与发动机的功率、燃油消牦、排放以及噪声有着密切的关系,同时,对于作为发动机可靠性方面之重要课题的机油消耗、气体漏泄、拉缸也有很大的影响。因而,当研制新发动机的时候,确定活塞形状就成为重要的研究项目之一。然而,由于对复杂的活塞运动、活塞温度的分布以及缸套变形等进行定量分析尚有困难,因此到目前为止,尚没有决定活塞形状的有效手段和确定活塞形状的研究方法。
