对25个杉木家系的一年生实生苗根际人工接种等量杉木半穿刺线虫(Tylenchulussemipenltrans))二龄幼虫,叶部喷洒等浓度的炭疽病病原菌分生孢子,三年后测出叶部炭疽病病情指数、苗木地径和高生长量,分析结果表明:编号为18和编号为1的两个家系为高抗病速生优良家系;编号为28和编号为27的两个家系为高度感病家系.为杉木半穿刺线虫病的综合防治和杉木速生丰产提供了科学依据和抗病品种
