为了改善硼改性炭泡沫的抗氧化性能,采用低成本的料浆涂刷技术,在其表面制备B2O3涂层。采用SEM和XRD分析涂覆B2O3的改性炭泡沫的微观形貌与相组成;并研究无涂层与涂覆B2O3的硼改性炭泡沫的抗氧化性能。结果表明,在873K下B2O3涂层可有效保护硼改性炭泡沫不受氧化。涂覆B2O3后,含7%B2O3(质量分数)的炭泡沫(BO-7)的抗氧化性能最好,氧化120min后质量损失为17.40%;该试样表面出现一层熔融玻璃层,在一定程度上阻挡了外来氧渗入到硼改性炭泡沫基体。
In order to improve the oxidation resistance of boron-modified carbon foam, B2O3 coating was prepared on the surface by low-cost slurry coating technique. The microstructure and phase composition of modified carbon foam coated with B2O3 were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The oxidation resistance of unmodified and B2O3-coated boron modified carbon foam was also studied. The results show that the B2O3 coating at 873K can effectively protect the boron-modified carbon foam from oxidation. After being coated with B2O3, the oxidation resistance of BO-7 with 7% B2O3 (mass fraction) was the best, and the mass loss was 17.40% after 120min oxidation. A layer of molten glass appeared on the surface of the sample, To a certain extent, the infiltration of foreign oxygen into the boron-modified carbon foam substrate is blocked.
