以通过EMS诱变籼稻品种蜀恢498(R498)获得的籼型水稻直立穗突变体R1338和R334为材料,研究籼型直立穗水稻穗部直立的原因,旨在为籼型直立穗水稻的应用提供参考。结果表明:直立穗R1338和R334的穗颈抗弯曲力极显著高于野生型弯曲穗品种R498;直立穗突变体穗部纤维素和木质素含量显著高于野生型,R1338和R334纤维素含量分别较野生型提高2.76%和1.64%,木质素含量分别较野生型提高17.89%和7.98%;直立穗突变体具有更粗的直径且茎中含有更多的纤维素和木质素,比野生型具有更强的机械强度,最终导致穗直立。
The erect panicle mutant of indica rice R1338 and R334 obtained by EMS mutagenesis in Shuhui 498 (R498) of EMS was used as material to study the erect panicle of indica erect panicle in order to study the application of indica erect panicle rice for reference. The results showed that the ear bending resistance of erect panicles R1338 and R334 were significantly higher than that of wild type bent ear R498. The panicles of erect panicle were significantly higher than the wild type, while the contents of R1338 and R334 cellulose 2.76% and 1.64% higher than that of the wild type, lignin content increased 17.89% and 7.98% respectively compared with the wild type; the erect panicle mutant has a larger diameter and the stem contains more cellulose and lignin than the wild type Stronger mechanical strength, eventually leading to erect ears.
