提出一个新的下丘脑垂体性腺轴(男)脉冲分泌的动力学模型,此模型既考虑到了激素的各种复杂的相互作用,又考虑到了睾酮实际处于两种不同的状态(游离态和结合态)中.此模型推出的结果既与许多实验结果相符,也可以解释激素的脉冲分泌现象
A new kinetic model for the pulse secretion of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis (MALE) is proposed. This model not only takes into account the complex interactions of hormones, but also considers that testosterone is actually in two different states (free state and bound State). The results presented in this model are consistent with many experimental results and also explain the hormonal pulse secretion
