在贵金属工业中,苏打、硼砂、玻璃广泛应用于贵金属金银的溶炼和精炼作业上.本文采用阿基米德法、利用ZC-1600型冶金熔体高温综合测试仪,测定作为含金物料一步熔炼炉渣基础的苏打-硼砂-玻璃系在1100~1200℃温度区间内的密度值,并运用混料回归单纯形试验设计,建立炉渣密度关于组元浓度的回归方程。同时绘制苏打-硼砂-玻璃粉系密度等值图。研究结果表明,熔渣密度随苏打、玻璃物质含量的增加而增大;随硼砂物质含量的增加而减小。最后进一步分析讨论产生上述变化的原因。
In the precious metal industry, soda, borax and glass are widely used in the smelting and refining operations of precious metals such as gold and silver.In this paper, Archimedes’ method and ZC- The density of slag-based soda-borax-glass system in the temperature range of 1100 ~ 1200 ℃ was smelted in one step, and the regression equation of the density of the slag with respect to the concentration of the components was established by using the mixed-material regression model test. At the same time draw soda - borax - glass powder density map. The results show that the slag density increases with the increase of soda and glass content, but decreases with the increase of borax content. Finally, further analysis and discussion of the reasons for the above changes.
