激光构造深度仪在使用时,需要与铺砂法在4段不同构造深度值的试验路段进行相关性对比试验,以获得两种方法的相关关系式。现有的对比试验方法存在被测路段构造深度值的不均匀性和测值误差较大等问题。因此对激光构造深度仪的室内模拟试验方法进行了研究,提出了用路面纹理模拟试验台和速度模拟试验台来标定激光构造深度仪,系统测量误差为±0.02mm。试验结果表明,该仪器可以用于激光构造深度仪的室内标定试验。
Laser structure depth gauge in use, the need to pave the way in four sections of different depth values of the experimental section correlation test to get the correlation between the two methods. The existing comparative test methods have some problems such as the inhomogeneity of the depth value of the measured road sections and the large measurement error. Therefore, the laboratory simulation experiment method of laser structure depth gauge was studied, and the laser structure depth instrument calibrated with pavement texture simulation test bench and speed simulation test bench was proposed. The measurement error was ± 0.02 mm. The test results show that the instrument can be used for laboratory calibration of laser structure depth gauge.
