与方法从病理形态、免疫组化及生化方面研究了低分子肝细胞生长素(hepatopoitin,HPN)抗实验性大鼠肝纤维化作用。结果与结论免疫组化证明HPN可抑制I.Ⅲ型胶原的合成及沉积:HPN治疗组血清纤维化指标PCⅢ及肝组织羟脯氨酸含量明显下降。表明HPN抗肝纤维化作用可能优于秋水仙碱。
Methods The effects of low molecular weight hepatopoitin (HPN) on hepatic fibrosis in experimental rats were studied from the aspects of pathology, immunohistochemistry and biochemistry. Results and Conclusion Immunohistochemistry showed that HPN inhibited I. Type Ⅲ collagen synthesis and deposition: HPN treatment group serum fibrosis indicators PC Ⅲ and liver hydroxyproline content decreased significantly. HPN anti-fibrosis may be better than colchicine.
