本文以"绿色金融"为背景,在中国碳市场建立的阶段中,针对碳市场绝对主体企业的贡献力不足的问题,以支付宝个人碳账户蚂蚁森林为例,提出建立个人碳市场的设想,并对其可行性进行具体探究,来达到完善碳市场,促进其发展的目标。
