中高职“三二分段”一体化培养技术技能人才招生改革是构建中等职业教育与高等职业教育课程、培养模式和学制贯通的“立交桥”之一。开展中高职衔接专业教学标准和课程标准的研制工作,努力实现中高职共同培养人才的全过程合作是当今招生体制改革后需亟待解决的问题。本文主要从“三二分段”人才培养模式在制定过程中要注意的问题、会计专业“三二分段”人才培养模式制定的关键内容和会计专业“三二分段”人才培养方案框架三方面论述。
